wonderful photos and drawings of donkeys around the world. definitely a child's book. easy reader, fun facts. includes sweet story of a girl and her donkey. good addition to donkey lover's collection. only 32 pages long.

A darling book!

I am an adult who found this book at a library book sale. The cover, with its photo of cute donkeys, caught my eye. The text and photos inside are absolutely darling. Almost all of the illustrations inside are photos; a few are colored-pencil drawings, and all are in color. Learn whether horses and donkeys can get along together... See how a donkey scratches his back... Find out how to make a donkey walk again when you're riding him around & he suddenly stops walking! And, most of all, delight in the extreme cuteness of the donkey. Why this book went out of print, I have no idea. Please, bring it back!!!
