This is a wonderful book that gives insight to the many obsticles of foster parenting as well as the joys and discoveries that can be benificial to both the foster parent and the foster child. Sharon Davis combines humor with serious facts of the life of a foster parent.

I really enjoyed this book. The foster parenting ideas apply to parents as well. Anyone interested in the foster parent field, should read this book for more insight to the "real" side of foster parenting. Rosie O'Donnel featured this book on her May 8th show, and the entire audience enjoyed a copy!
