Author Ewing shows how power doesn't work in managing!

This book told us long ago that managment in the United States must change and such changes recommended in the book have not taken place. Author Ewing tried to tell us that management based on fear and expendibility and power will fail. Now there is growing research to tell us this is so. Ewing's book was way ahead of its time.
