What an amazing read

I was recommended this book by a friend and I can't say enough great things about it. The way Donovan writes is the way i think. Although this book was written about a 15 year old girl, I, at 20, could not put it down. Just read it.

I enjoyed this book a lot since i related to it in many ways. - I know how it feels for a pet to be hit by a car. - i know how it feels to begin to have a lesbian relationship. - and i know how it feels to lose someone close to you. the author shows V's perspectives of how she is dealing with these issues. I don't believe there is a set age for this book, the reading maybe set for younger ages but the issues affect people of any age.

dive will swallow you

someone special gave this to me to read, and i was mesmerized. it is a depressing look inside one girl who is locked inside her own mind, with little escape in the real world.. her family is falling apart, her best friend fades, and then she finds solace in one amazing girl. something to hold onto when she doesnt have much else.. beautiful. i loved it. its a young adult novel, but i am 23 and couldnt put it down.

THE BEST!!!!!!!

This book is soooooo good. It is very understanding--I related to it in tons of ways. When V's dog, Lucky, is hit, her life starts falling apart. Her dad is diagnosed with a rare blood disease, and her mom starts drinking, again. Then V meets Jane.

This book is like real life.

I loved this book, and could relate to it in many ways. I totally understood how V felt about her dog, her father, and her mother. I recommend it to every person who loves to read about life.
