Part of a series that focuses on individual facets of art, archaeology, music, philosophy, popular culture, science and nature. This book explores the work of the 18th-century French painter Jean-Baptiste Simeon Chardin.
This book for its size is packed with information and has many photos of Chardin's work. It is written well, and doesn't go on in great length with overly boring technical babble. I would suggest it to anyone who interested in Painting or Art History.
So much information in a small book!
