Beyond Behavioral Profiles

This book goes beyond the tradtional focus of behavioral profiling of individuals (Meyers-Briggs/DISC) to what drives those behaviors. This insightful book explores the thinking patterns that can oftentimes prevent us from seeing the mental blind spots in ourselves and then merely reacting to the blind spots in our direct reports, spouses, and children. It was refreshing and challenging to be led beyond the traditional rehash of what can be psycho-babble in today's corporate world.
