This book is definitely for a first time mom or parent. Has basic information about gut microbionome and is in a question/answer format. I thought it was going to go into detail about the ways interactions with dirt alters your gut microbionome, not a broad question answer book.
If you just want some scratch of the surface answers this book is fine. Not a very crunchy friendly book. But if you want to go into detail I would suggest gut and phycology syndrome by Natasha Campbell McBride. That book gets deep into how certain things affect microbionome and how the different microbes interact with each other and your brain chemistry.
