probably the best dictionary of it's kind

as someone who works in real estate, i find myself refering to this dictionary all the time. this is probably the best pocket sized dictonary on real estate on the market. great value.

Great reference to keep handy!

I bought this book when I first started as an analyst two years ago. It helped immensely when terms were thrown around in a meeting and I didn't know what they meant. This book comes with easy to understand definitions, formulas, and examples. I don't need it as often anymore, but it still comes in handy when I want to double check on something, or when I'm writing memos. I recommend this to every new analyst that walks through the door!
