More and more vindicated

Whilst Ms. Simmons has been slaughtered in the mass media over her revelations, it is interesting that since the inquest into Diana's death has begun, she appears to be receiving vindication on an almost daily basis. Whilst newspapers do not report the full facts, they are on the inquest website... but much of it was in Ms. Simmons's book published a couple of years ago. Simmons's writing style is accessible to all, covers some previously unexplored and fascinating insights into a fabulous woman and it is likely only to upset those who have created for themselves a fairytale illusion that they do not want shattered. Read it and accept what you like, read it and dismiss if you wish, but accept that Diana was a person not just a media image.

Warm And Real

This is one of my favourite books about Diana, The Princess Of Wales.It is a genuine human book about a genuine human being.The ancedotes are what bring it to life such as Diana liking to wear blue nail polish but only on her toes. I fail to see why others are so critical of this book perhaps it comes to close to the truth for some people

"Diana ,The Last Word"

Simone Simmons and Ingrid Seward have written one of the few authentic literary works on Princess Diana based upon a personal and intimate relationship, and not one derived from a relationship to Diana as a Royal pundit restricted by protocal. I highly recommend the book and have found it to be vastly underated. Everything Simone Simmons has both written and interviewed about since 1998 has come to light and was released last week December 14, 2006 in the London report of the Inquiry of the Death of Princess Diana. Contrary to some people's opinion, Simone knew Diana better than those who claimed to be her close friends as her confidant, psychic, and healer. Last week, I contacted the Larry King Live producer in regard to the importance of positioning both Simone and Ingrid on his program as the inquiry news was to be released. Given the complexity of the preliminary report to the inquiry of the death of Diana and Dodie, I do understand CNN's broad panel selection of Simone and Ingrid with the other individuals on their 12/14/06 broadcast, who had limited relationships with Diana that have now clearly become both arguementive and exploitive. It would be pertinent for Larry King to interview Simone alone next and then followed by a panel in debate, in order for her to elaborate upon the numerous personal areas that urgently need to be addressed. Someone must stand up for Diana and the children, and the closest person to her in the latter years was Simone. Additionally, Charles needs to be acquitted in the eyes of the public. This book is a must read and amazing as Simone knows the truth of Diana's life and death. I look forward to Simone Simmon's Autobiography! Zachary Selig

A very good and easy read

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and found that underneath the sensationalism, was a very real aspect of Princess Diana. Her genuine humanitarianism and intelligence are a far cry from the manipulative person the media portrayed her to be. What makes this book different, is that it's warm and endearing, not an intellectually driven epic. Simmons wasn't a member of staff, so didn't really seem to understand the day to day running of the palace, but was a good friend, who knew the Princess in a very different way. From what I've read, I feel as if I now know and understand Diana the person and wonderful human being.

Diana Comes Across as a Borderline

According to the flyleaf of the book 'Simone Simmons is a natural healer and clairvoyant, who heals by empowering her patients rather than creating a dependency on the healer. She specialized in absent healing, mainly with sufferers of cancer and AIDS.' She also claims to be a confidante and healer to Princess Diana during the last five years of her life. This then is a 'doctor tells all' (although not a doctor in the traditional sense) book. I had heard before that Diana had a borderline personality disorder. This book makes it ever more clear that she was not the most mentally healthy person in the world. It is sad that with all of her wealth, beauty and power that she wasn't able to get help. Then again, borderlines usually don't want help.
