I have read many, many low fat and low sugar books but this one contains the best recipes. Easy to make and easy to live with. If you want to get off sugar, this book will make your day. Love it!

Sugar is my nemesis, as it seems to be for many people. I am an addict; that is I crave it. But it is SO destructive to our bodies! And white flour is just as disagreeable. Here at last is a book that provides a wide variety of desserts for people with food and chemical allergies. These recipes do not include sugar or artifical sweeteners, and whole wheat flour is used instead of white flour. I highly recommend this book for people trying to lose weight but who are losing the battle. One of the key reasons is that by eliminating sugar from your diet, an interesting thing happens: Good food actually starts to taste SO good that you actually begin to prefer it. It's an amazing but true phenomenon. Be sure to read the Foreword and Introduction, which reiterate and expand upon this point. They are very informative. Good health to you!
