Marcinko delivers yet again

Well folks what can be said about Mr. Marcinko that hasn't been said a million times already. What you have here is a man who did his time with the Navy, and a true patriot. Unlike his first book, these for the most part, are fictional stories. However they are being told from the point of view of the warrior that is carrying out orders that mean nothing to the people that issue them. As a member of the military (Navy) I know many of you may feel my opinion is biased and I suppose it is. Yet even for non military members The Rogue Warrior series is a excellent way to enlighten yourself on what those select few do day after day.

Bravo, Mr. Marchinko, Sir!

The courage this man has to put himself out there is astonishing, however, the courage this man has to put himself out there in front of the "suits" is to be applauded as well. That environment has the potential of being more dangerous and life threatening than actual field work. My father worked all his life for the government. He kept their secrets, followed the rules, never spoke what was in his heart and died of cancer at the young age of fifty-seven. Thank you, Mr. Marchinko, for saying what my father wanted to say but couldn't. And please, don't stop writing. Your words and stories give me the rush I need. You make me want to have been born a man!

Another thought provoking/interesting book for Rogue Warrior

I have everyone of the Rogue Warrior Series in paperback from the very first Rogue Warrior to latest paperback titled: Seal Force Alpha.I find this series of books to be interesting, thought provoking, & exiting. Rogue Warrior is a no non-sense guy who knows his craft. Like USA Today always says when another book comes out, "I'm glad he's on our side."Everytime some disgusting terrorist faction does something to make the world news, I can't help but think that Marcinko & Co. might be called "for help". I am never disappointed by Richard Marcinko & John Weisman. Destination Gold was no exception. I just ordered Seal Force Alpha and it will be added to my Rogue Warrior series.

Vintage Marcinko

Demo-Dick is back in rare form with an indepth story and plenty of in-your-face action from the king of specwar adventures. Not for dip-dunks or technocrats, but Marcinko-ites will recognise it as his best work since the original Rogue Warrior

A fine read for those of us wishing to visit Rogue Manor !

King Richard again goes where Clancy and other "War Fiction" writers dare not tread. You will feel like you are on point with Dick looking for all the nasty tangoes and after obtaining your objective you can smell the Bombay Gin in the air. A read you will enjoy many times over
