That is nothing here except for a derelict alien spaceship just outside the star's halo. First Contact. All their hails go unacknowledged. They approach the derelict and enter through a hanger door, only to have it close, trapping them inside. Their only option is to explore the derelict, find the bridge and use the hanger door controls to reopen those doors. As they begin explorations the derelict adjusts the internal environment to suit the humans. The derelict is not lifeless at all and has a "need" which focuses on the humans. One by one, through misfortune or misadventure they are lost to the alien spaceship.
