This book is Volume 4 of the Series "Delivering Business Intelligence". In this Volume we provided a solution to the problems identified in Volume 3. We identified the project team roles needed to implement the solution. We outlined the data landscape and the best practice architecture, including an ODS, a Data Warehouse, and a Business Data Layer. We talked about the risks in today's marketplace with analyst between IT and the end user of the information. We broke down the project into iterations based on the VOC. We then identified key milestones and put together a strawman roadmap. We tied this back to Volume 1. We concluded the series with Executing the Project (Development), Monitoring and Controlling the Project (Testing) and Closing the Project (Implementation).
