Wisdom gained from experiencing disease

The information contained in this book is very helpful, as the writer gave an accurate account of what helped him gain back his life. I appreciated the honesty in his writing - he stated benefits of alternative medical healing products, as well his traditional therapies. He pointed to what actually causes disease in the body and that just taking medicine doesn't cure the problem. His candidness assisted me to take charge of my own healing. "Change" in what we are doing through habits, points the body toward recovery. He gave me enough information to conduct my own research, listen to what my body is telling me, encouraged me to take action and leave victim-hood with the disease. I thank the writer for opening my eyes!
