Vietnam, 1968. Troops are stood down during Tet, the annual Vietnamese celebration that takes place every January. Saigon and Hanoi have made a 'Gentleman's Agreement, ' for a temporary cessation of hostilities. Soldiers breathe a sigh of relief as the bullets cease firing and the shelling stops. But the ruthless rulers of North Vietnam, the Politburo, are no gentlemen.
