Decentralization and development in DRC

In this careful and strategic analysis of the effects of decentralization in the Ngombe-Dojko sector of Likimi, we found that decentralization in the Ngombe-Doko sector of Likimi is a relative implementation of a long process that begins at the central level and especially with the availability of political will. When we analyzed the reforms of the ESU in the DRC in our Bachelor's thesis, we found that it is symbolic, material and financial. On the symbolic level, the central power recognizes to the DRC's ETDs their organic and management autonomy, notably through the organization of elections and the nomination if need be; the material values of such a decentralization not only through the availability of resources specific to the ETDs and with legal instruments and through that of the national equalization fund; but also and above all through the domains specific to each ETD
