Great and funny escape

Catharine makes me laugh. This is a great escape with laughs on every page.

Enjoy and Learn!

Real estate novels are an excellent read for persons interested in selling property. And, this one is fun, particularly when you're selling in California where everyone's waiting for "the big one." Add to it a size eighteen forty-ish unmarried career agent with full awareness of the attitude of those skinny souls watching her and a mother who points out every "flaw." Promoted as a mystery, it's more of a romance with an edge. Enjoy - and learn at the same time.

A funny, intelligent book!

This is a great, humorous book that everyone will enjoy. Being in the business as a real estate attorney, I found it hilarious, and can hardly wait for the next one. I loved the heroine Allison Little. She's big, beautiful, and bold, all qualities that are easy to admire.

Hilarious

I lost sleep over this one ... I had to finish it! If you are not a real estate agent, you will find this funny and fun. If you are a real estate agent, you will roar with laughter. Catharine says what we all think with sarcastic wit and exacting humor ... think Garrison Keillor in Sonoma County. This is a must read for anyone who wants to enjoy a riotously funny and good book.

New mystery writer rocks!

In her debut novel, Catharine Bramkamp's got a winner! Her characters are real and engaging, the dialogue's snappy, and the story line's a good one--the first mystery involving a realtor that I'm aware of. The plot's lively, quick-paced, humorous, contemporary, and best of all, it's situated in and around Sonoma County. I can hardly wait for the next and the next and the next escapades involving Allison Little.
