Sharon Dunn never fails to deliver giggles.

Quirky characters, crazy plot twists, and laugh-out-loud dialog will keep you entertained throughout this book. Sharon Dunn makes solving a murder mystery fun. If you haven't discovered her books yet,reading this one will quickly convince you to go out and get her back list.

Fun Christian Fiction

This is a fun easy read. The characters are enjoyable and Sharon Dunn's sense of humor is great.

Love a good cozy

I'm probably a little biased since I love a good cozy, (I think a book must include a cat in peril to qualify as a cozy.) I couldn't resist the premise of the Bargain Hunters Series, and I love characters whom I can relate to. Death of a Six-Foot Teddy Bear has it all: murder, humor, red herrings, and surprises at every turn. If you haven't read Death of a Garage Sale Newbie, the first installment in the Bargain Hunters mysteries, you'll have no trouble catching up with the characters. If you are a fan of series mysteries, you must add the Bargain Hunters books to your reading lists. I look forward to plenty more by this author.

Ever had one of those days when everything goes wrong? The Wind Up Hotel in Calamity, Nevada was hosting The Inventor's Expo and The Squirrel Lovers Convention. The greedy hotel owner had double booked the booths and the rooms. The greedy owner insisted Earl had to personally sign in or he would give the booth to the someone else. Ginger and the other BHN (Bargain Hunters Network) planned to spend their time at the World's Largest Yard Sale and outlet shopping. They had reserved two rooms but Blinky the squirrel was now staying in one of them. Phoebe the cat had come along for the trip because the last cat sitter was threatening to sue over scratches. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working, the elevator got stuck, and there was a thief at the hotel. Then things got worse; the man in the teddy bear suit was found dead. No mystery is too big for the BHN! Fans of Sharon Dunn will be elated with the return of the Bargain Hunters Network. Dunn has a unique talent for combining humor, mystery, and eccentric characters. The plot flows effortlessly from one calamity to another. You have to love these characters; their uniqueness makes them real-to-life. Phoebe and Blinky have to be favorites; who could not love a water skiing squirrel and a cat that insists on traveling? Kindra is a wonderful character displaying the Christian characteristics we long to see in our young adults. Ginger wants to aid her husband and gets angry when he is cheated. In the next breath, she is asking forgiveness from the Lord. We all slip up, and when we seek forgiveness it is extended. I enjoy a book that offers a good clean mystery, has Christian values, and does not get preachy. This is Christian Fiction at its finest! Do not miss this one. Mystery fans rush out and buy Death of A Six-Foot Teddy Bear!
