Parents, police officers, voters, READ THIS BOOK!

Brutally meticulous, broad and unsparing, Lavigne describes and condemns the drug trade in this hemisphere. He gives a background on all the major enablers to date, including Fidel Castro and the US government. He exposes how drug traffickers based in Canada and the US cry "racism" in order to avoid justice. Lavigne also devotes an entire chapter to the hell in which addicts and everyone around them live--a POWERFUL incentive to avoid getting involved with drugs! Another chapter details the illicit trade in prescription drugs, a largely uninvestigated aspect of the problem. At the end, Lavigne delivers a comprehensive and compelling indictment of the drug-legalisation movement.Yves Lavigne is Canada's bravest writer. His perseverance led to at least two attempts on his life. He is also one of our most perceptive, noting in Chapter 15, "The Quest For Prince Valium", that Canadians are the world's biggest users and abusers of prescription drugs. He comes out and says "Beneath its seemingly normal exterior of wool-tuqued, beer-guzzling, back-bacon munching hockey fans, the Great White North harbors a stunned, grinning populace with demerol-soaked brains," which largely explains why Canadians think and feel the way they do, as well as the bulk of our foreign policy and criminal laws. All those intellectuals who make a career out of trying to define what it is to be Canadian should hang it up; Lavigne has already done the job, and it only took him one paragraph. His book is a cold and sobering warning that drugs are slowly decimating our civilisation. If you care anything about your children, your neighbourhood, or the world in which you live, READ THIS BOOK! Then, strap your elected representatives to a chair and don't let them go until they have also read it cover to cover!
