A thrill!

T.V. news Reporter, Dani Richards moves to Lincoln, Nebraska to care for her Aunt Jayne who has Alzheimer's. Taking her aunt to see Cats Dani prys she won't see Caleb Jamison, the man who stole her 16-year-old heart. Not only does she see him, she has to work with him when she discovers a dead body at the theater. Caleb is on the police force and is assigned to keep Dani safe, but can he protect her heart from him? Deadly Exposure is a page turner. A delight to read a suspense novel that doesn't go into grisly details. Yet, Putman gives us enough to thrill and scare us into saying "don't go in there!"

A Deadly Game

If you are prone to needing to sleep with the light on, then you might not want to read this book when you are alone. Really, it is a great story and you won't regret it. And you won't be too scared, but putman will keep you turning the pages.

Page Turner

How could a murder happen in a crowded theater and right next to news reporter, Danie Richards? And now that it has, she can't leave things alone. Despite numerous warnings from the killer. To complicate things, a former love insists on protecting Dani. Something she balks against. DEADLY EXPOSURE is a page-turning romantic suspense. Full of surprises with the right amount of romance. A great read!

An author to watch!

Putman is an attorney in real life, and her book reflects her grasp of people and relationships. Deadly Exposure starts with a bang from the start with the murder in the theater (creepy) and doesn't stop. I look forward to the next book by this author!

Murder, Mystery, Ronamce and Faith, what more could you want?

Dani Richards, TV reporter takes her aging aunt to the theatre and leaves there embroiled in a murder investigation. The young woman in the box beside her was found dead during intermission. Dani finds herself stuck both the reporter in charge of following the case and quite possibly the killer's next victim. The only man she can really trust is the one man she swore never to trust again. Detective Caleb Jamison is committed to finding the murderer, protecting Dani, and winning her heart again. He has a hard time knowing which of those tasks is the most daunting. Deadly Exposure is a written like a classic romance with twists and turns that keep the reader guessing page after page. The reader will love the characters and be infuriated by their stubbornness. It is a great read and in many ways holds a mirror up to the reader's heart uncovering areas of unforgiveness and hurt. This book was a joy to read and I'd highly recommend it. I look forward to more novels by Cara Putman.
