Our story begins with a diary entry written on June the 12th 1787. Jacob is the troubled illegitimate son of a fleet captain, travelling on the historical route to New South Wales (as the ship's disregarded skivvy), following his cruel father to sea in a failed attempt to gain his acceptance and respect. Jacob embarks on a psychologically thrilling journey through dangerously unforeseen circumstances, waking alone in the devil's triangle with no one but the luring voice of an unholy entity to introduce him to a world of superstition, old gods and the inner shadows of mankind. Before he can accept death, Jacob is manipulated by feminine beauty into making a deal with the faceless being - one he will soon come to question on the path ahead of him soaked in knowledge, blood, time and space.
