Breeze's friend and mentor acquires a device that grants him access to the NSA database. Captain Fred hires Breeze to deliver copies of the device, a key of sorts, to his cohorts. Fred gets taken away in handcuffs and Breeze is left holding the last remaining key. The device could be used to win Fred's freedom, but Breeze is no tech wizard.
