In Elissa Wilds' newest release, readers will be treated to an enticing paranormal featuring the Earth balancer Aurora, and Mobias, a protector of the Light Realm. Aurora has been working overtime. As a balancer for the Earth, she has to reclaim humans who have gone over to the dark side and restore them to the light. Her job is tough and time consuming and is rife with the possibility of her becoming corrupted. Aurora doesn't see Mobias concern like he does and she lets him know exactly how she feels. After all, who is he other than a protector, right? Mobias is more than Aurora's protector. He is the man she loved in another lifetime when she was Meri. Mobias comes to Aurora and convinces her to join him in his fight against rogues. Aurora doesn't want to be anywhere near Mobias - she doesn't like the way he makes her feel. And she doesn't need his protection! The world of DARKNESS RISING is elaborate and really cool. Add in rogues, the Umbrae and reincarnation and you have a paranormal read written by Elissa Wilds that will keep you on the edge of your seat but looking through your fingers to find out what is going on! Aurora is stubborn but her heart is in the right place - she honestly doesn't trust Mobias to start with having heard stories about protectors.
