From a "former child" now 18 years old...

I first recieved this book after Shelly Gill spoke at my elementary school when I was in 3rd grade. It was my favorite book! It is a fun-loving story, and it has very engaging pictures.I would reccomend this to children everywhere...Side Note: I love this book so much that I am using it as part of one of my College reports!

Danger the Dog Yard Cat was one of the best books I've ever read because it's funny with a very catchy ending. Shelley Gill is funny and cool.

I like this book because it is very funny.(not to Long not to short).I recommend this book a lot, to anyone. It also has a lot of rhymes in it.

excellent book for children and the parents have fun too.

This book comes highly recommeded, my children just can't get enough of it and the songs are their favorite

Outstanding Learning book for children

My son Jesse received this book from his Grammy & Gramps who had visited Alaska and heard all about Libby Riddles and her team of dogs and Danger. He fell in love with the book and also listens to the tape constantly, he has worn out the tape, knows the songs by heart. He learned so much about Alaska and dog sledding and I feel that he learned more from this book then if it had been a book in school library. The details supplied in the book abaout the work involved with getting a dog team ready for a race is informative. The way the child gets "involved" with the story through the songs helps to make it more "real" for them. Excellent book!
