Excellent piece of SF

William Esrac's book is a great piece of fiction, SF or otherwise. He blends masterful character development with an convincing portrayal of a possible future.Starting from the story's "future historical" premise, the author weaves a magnificently written "coming of age" tale. Mr. Esrac masterfully blends points of view with carefully written first person narrative to create a true SF literary work which compares well with the best of Greg Bear.Get and read this book. Remember the author's name!

"Dance" is a 'discovery' story for reader and protagonist.

"Dance" lives up to the promise displayed in Bill Esrac's first published story, "Balanced Ecology," published in Writers of the Future, Vol. VII Saulus grows from an ignorant, isolated, despised young man to a leader, the 'mover and shaker' in his community and ultimately in the entire world. This story first appeared in serialized form in TOMORROW Speculative Fiction magazine. According to the author, some sections which were edited out for the serialized version are being inserted into the book text. Bill will have stories appearing again in TOMORROW in April. Check them out! (Tomorrowsf.com) I look forward to more stories from the mind and keyboard of the man from Down Under. His viewpoint is fresh and straightforward, the characters sympathetic and strong. I couldn't wait for the next edition of TOMORROW to appear when the story was in serial form. I predict readers won't be able to put down the novel form!
