A must for the Thinker/ Artist

This is an extremely theory oriented book packed full of questions about why it is that artist create. There must be the understanding that Friedman is not trying to overpower us into thinking his way. However, It is a conversation that we are having with him as though he is still here and we are friends. The insight to question the basics of what it is to Design, Create, to Expose as and artist, philosopher, social commentator or the art educator. Friedman is able to place himself outside of the typical, and really ask us what we are to do to communicate on the scale of design. This Book is the first step into understanding a great mind and thinker. This is a must read for those who like to understand creation and communication.
