A Must Read!

This book is a wonderful insight into how we all think about the would of, could have and should dones in our life. It makes you realize how human we all are and not alone in any real circumstance if we open our hearts and thoughts to those around us. How to trust your instincts. It will make you think about what is important in your life and how time, pain and experiences make us all grow into better people. The stories are so sincere and heartfelt...kind of like reading someone's diary. I laughed, smiled and cried. I bought several copies for friends and they appreciated the books messages as well. Be Well!

A fascinating read, a treasure of humanity

Thanks to the author for compiling this marvelous wealth of human experience and insight into such a delightful format. I only wish that a book like DAMN had been published years ago before I amassed my own regrets.Don't let the title deceive you, DAMN is a book that inspires because it allows the reader to take the long view on life through the rear view mirror of the choice of others. Very rarely does a book come along that resonates the results of so much experience without sounding the least bit preachy or pious. I keep a copy in the glove compartment of my car so that I have something bite sized to review whenever I have to wait for something or someone for more than a few moments and I want to keep my mind engaged. It has spawned a number of great conversations with my children and several other passengers. This book makes a great gift for anyone who considers life a journey and is willing to weigh the consequences of the mistakes of others as they make their own important life choices. JM

When I contacted the RegretsOnly.com web site, I didn't know that my regretful thoughts would be published. The author, Barry Cadish, selected my story to include with hundreds of other fascinating personal regrets posted by people around the world. He put them together in what is a very interesting, illuminating, and unforgettable book. Yesterday, I showed the book to my daughter and it sparked some family conversation. (My regrets have to do with issues that arose in our "blended" stepfamily.) Once I acknowledged the regrets, I felt a healing process begin. Although this isn't a self-help book, I recommend it highly, especially if you are hurting over something YOU regret. You are not alone!

My non-regret - contributing to this book!

We have available: Chocolate for Women, Chicken Soup for Souls, and a slew of Guides for Idiots and instructions for Dummies (respectively)...but for the rest of us, there's nothing like a big steaming pile of Regrets. I contributed my life's regret to this book almost two years ago - and then promptly forgot it, until this book popped up in it's complete form. Heartbreaking, beautiful, and at times funny, this book holds something for everyone, from your common cynic (this is me) to little kids....though you may want to put a dust jacket over the book before reading it to your kids as a bedtime story.Buy the Book!
