Me..biased?..Never!

This is a touching protrayel of love and determination and a search for answers that took many years and tears. Linda Moreau ,like her brother Mickey, was on a mission of her own to find out what exactly happened to him and the woman that he had fallen in love with in this far away country amidst the death and destruction that is war. She found a nephew that she never knew she had who was defintely created out of love and who has all the beautiful qualities of his father, and of course his mother who had to be a special lady for Mickey to have loved and married her..and I think that because of the bond that she and her brother had she felt destined to complete what she knew her brother would have done..to care for his family. This book also gave me alot of comfort, you see I have been wearing the MIA bracelet of Mickey Allen Wilson, Linda Moreaus' brother, for many years and he has been a part of my life and family even though I knew nothing about him, what he looked like, his family, whether he had any one to miss him after he was gone,anyone to welcome him home no matter how he got here..I have spoken to Linda Moreau thru e-mail and I offered her Mickeys' bracelet now that he has been accounted for and returned home and like any 'mother' it was like handing over a member of my family to strangers and now that I know the love this family shared and still share with his son and his wife I can surrender my Mickey to them with love in my heart. Having a brother myself who was a medic in vietnam I can't even begin to imagine what this family went through, it was hell for us but at least I have my brother,thank God. So this is my review of this book...Me..biased? Never!:):):)
