This is a very thorough cookbook on many styles of "Mexican/American" cuisine

Loved that it has New Mexico, Texas, California recipes with easy to find ingrediants and simple instructions.

Amazing chile recipes!

This cookbook has the best recipes for red and green chile sauce I've found. Also, great versions of enchiladas and other regional faves. I got this book ages ago at a used book store in Tucson, I have the 1983 version. Would love to see a new edition - Greer's nailed the Cuisine of the American Southwest!

Extremely tasty receipes.

Every single receipe I've tried (and it's a lot of them) is a real palate pleaser. It's my main cooking tool for Southwestern and Mexican cooking.
