Crow Stone - a stunning debut

Crow Stone follows the tale of a young girl called Katie, who later in life calls herself Kit. Kit is a mining engineer, who accepts a position in her hometown. The story is interwoven between the past and the present, and does this so beautifully that I don't know which part I enjoyed more. Part thriller, part mystery and part family drama, it is difficult to "genre-fy" this amazing debut novel. For readers of Jodi Picoult, Diane Setterfield, Kate Mosse and Kate Morton, you will not be disappointed.
