Awesome work, a lifetime fulfillment

I met Johen Gussenhoven in a photography workshop in early June this year. He told me that he always took photographs but never had training for it. John had the passion to buy his first motorcycle in 2004 at his age 60 and crossed America from Northwest to Southeast and Southwest to Northeast in two legs in two years, all alone, taking photographs of the roads he passed. He also had Jim Wark, an aerial photographer to photograph from the sky the places that he pictured from the road level. This is a great book not only because of the photographs, the colors, his diary but it is a lifetime fulfillment that many of us would be inspired of. John, we know that this is just the beginning.
