Not My Mid-Life Crisis

This may or may not fit your mid-life crisis. There is a fair amount of coverage of different topics, but some of it seems to broad to be of specific help. I looked for specific things and there was very little on that. However, the coverage of support groups was good and encouraging, especially as a cost-effective alternative to psychotherapy (only after consulting a physician). The style was approachable and I had hoped the coverage was more specific in some areas.
