The subject mater relates to every person who loves honesty descency and truth, the nearly one century old book is a pleasure to read, the moral and logical issues of crime and its detection pertain to so many aspects of life.
I had in fact owned a copy of this book decades ago as a young boy and i was intrigued by the knowledge and vocabulary of the old book. Psychology of the various criminals and their methods.
In my estimation this book is certainly highly relevant to any person in the field of law.
It is written in an exemplary style and format, the content is vast and thorough.
I read one other published short booklet published by this same author and I have concluded that this man, F. Dalton O'Sullivan was a man of exemplar integrity in the principals which he wrote of and imbibed within his work.
It is among my most valuable books and the value i refer to is literary and knowledge value not monetary. I would even purchase another copy or two simply to present as gifts to worthy recipients if the occasion arrises, for a student of law or any receptive mind.
Also the large size of the book and typesetting is condusive to a pleasant read.
Im glad to have replaced this title which i once had in my collection.
