A better textbook than most novels!

I enjoyed this textbook and its casebook approach. It included major cases in history that defined law as well as current cases of interest in the last 10 or so years. There were a lot of references towards ethnic bias in the book as well as mentioning the responsibility to make life equal and impartial for gender and races in the criminal justice system. The questions at the end of the chapter led to serious thought and ideas of how you would behave in the jury's shoes or as a prosecutor.

Just like they said!

This book was exactly what I needed and wanted. Brand new with no highlights and no bent or torn pages.
