Crepe Cookery

This is the cookbook I learned how to make crepes from...there are so many great recipes, my favorite being the salmon crepes...easy, tasty and unusual! A great party dish! I really like all of Mable Hoffman's Cookbooks...but this was my favorite! I lost it and am so happy to find it here so I can order it and make the recipe again! I don't have any other copies of this recipe...so it's a G-d send! ~Marilyn Sultar
