Serene decor through minimalizing

If you are the kind of person who looks at photos in decorating magazines and thinks: this room would be nice if they got rid of all the cluttering knick knacks! or... what were they thinking covering that view with those curtains! then this book is for you. It covers the styles of: 1)Arts and Crafts 2)Cottage 3)Eclectic 4)Japanese 5)Minimalist & 6)Southwestern. Each room of the house is represented with beautiful photographs demonstrating these styles. Even the garden is included. The book emphasizes serene rooms by use of clean walls and windows and parred down furnishings. Just the style of decorating I love and defenitely one of my favorite decorating books.
