Magical -- a story full of dreams!

A masterpiece in children's literature.Excellent. My daughter couldn't put it down!

Warm and funny!

I read this book when I was a ten-year-old. It was a welcome and refreshing change after I'd o.d.'s on too many Judy Blumes and Judy Blume clones with their mean-spirited, "tell-it-like-it-is" approach. Hatchigan's writing is gentle and humorous, and her characters are warm and funny. The book made me laugh and taught values at the same time -- in a un-corny, un-preachy, subtle way. Excellent

This book has heart. Parents who care what their children read ought to welcome this one!
