Corruption of Blood

when I first began reading, I thought "Oh no, another who killed jfk book" but I was wrong. This was very entertaining and well worth the read. Love the Butch/Marlene books but this one was GREAT.

Attention conspiracy nuts! Fasten your seat belts!

Let's see. In secret, we routinely violated Russian airspace. What else? Oh yea, we also violated their territory via our spy submarines. So what else has been kept from the American public? Of course! The truth about the Kennedy assassination! Surprised? Don't be. Interested? Read Corruption of Blood. Tanenbaum tells it like it is. A five star journey into history. My favorite quote: "After the smoke cleared, it's a wonder anyone was left standing in Dealy Plaza!"

Historical ,unsolved, murder of JFK, the President of USA

I've read all of Richard K.Tannenbam's novels and always find it hard to wait for the next one to come on the market, (never soon enough for me). I've just started reading "Reckless Endangerment." Butch and Marlene are a great couple and Tannenbaum keeps their different personalities, ethnic bakground (cultures) alive. She's a crack-up and she's Italian. What more can I say! I hope they move out of the "loft" someday.Corruption of Blood- JFK Assissination, was truly almost close to the truth, yet no conclusion. I guess we will never really know the connection between Oswald & Ruby and the real reason for killing JFK. And, did they (Dallas Doctors) remove and disect JFK's brain? If so? what could they expect to find. The whole investigation was and still is mind boggeling and very frustrating. The look-alike Oswald, was it him or his look-alike that killed JFK - why? Ruby, kills Oswald - why? After all these years, still not enough answers - a true mystery that probably will never ever be solved. This book kept me reading into the late hours at night to the wee hours of the morning. For anyone born just before or after 1963, and loves history, this book is packed with valuable information. And, what makes it even more interesting is that Tannenbaum himself was on the (Investigating) Select Committee on Assissinations. I will keep this book (read it again) along with the original "Life" magazine and other original articles published at the time of John Fitzgerald Kennedy's death, November 1963.No-one can match Richard K.Tannebaum as a writer. He is defintely the very best.

Conspiracy thriller on the assasination of JFK

The Corruption of Blood by Robert K. Tanenbaum is a fictious story wrapped together with some fact. November 22, 1963: A sniper's bullets roar through downtown Dallas successfully assasinating JFK. The goverment produced Lee Harvey Oswald as the killer. But he was killed two days later. Twenty years later the House of Representatives opens a committee to re-investigate the assasination. Robert K. Tanenbaum served as a counsel on the committee, and this book is his mysterious, and intriguing story about the new evidents he uncovered. There was always something suspicious about the assasination f JFK. The assasinator was assasinated before he could go to trial. But he was condemned guilty. But other things didn't make sense either. The so-called "Magic Bullet" theory has puzzled investigators for twenty years. As Karp, the main investigator in the story, gets deeper into the plot he researches this and other theories. The deeper he goes, the deeper the plot thickens. Soon, he finds himself in a web of murder, deciet, and govermental conspiracy. The question is, How deep should he go before his is in danger? If you like history, and you like conspiracy, Corruption of Blood by Robert K. Tanenbaum will be a great book for you. It involves one of the most saddest events in American history, the assasination of JFK, and twists it together with mystery, intrigue, and suspense.

Intriguing theory about JFK'S assassination

a very useful background to those of us who know little about the aftermath of JFK's shooting. tanenbaum never loses the thread of the tale, an admirable feat in these days of sloppily-written thrillers, and the ending is suitably downbeat. the only complaint i have is that the character of the hero's wife is a little outlandish and whenever she is involved, the novel staggers to one side under the weight of her personality. but that apart, it's a good read.
