It is one of the most valuable pearl i could ever have. This book gives you clear picture of an organization, things working in it. Actually it makes you sit on the top floor of an organization where you could view all the things happening. This knowledge cant be fetched through googling or whatever, and even the personnel at higher positions wont tell you much. So this is the book you can have to acquire knowledge about the organization at corporate level. I loved it.
