This is a great book for beginners and non-finance people. It teaches you the basic principles in a straight forward manner with easy to follow examples and great discussions about the practical applications. The appendices at the end of the chapters are a good read as well.
Corporate Finance for Dummies with an MBA
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 24 years ago
This book optimally combines coverage off all of the key fundamental corporate finance concepts with a brevity that makes it a corporate finance book used for something other than jacking up the '68 Beetle out in the garage. Unlike my pc, the nice part about corporate finance is that most of the material never gets outdated. I used the second edition in business school in 1989 and I still find it very relevant. If you want concise coverage of key fundamental corporate finance concepts in under 200 pages - this is your book.
