I last,
I play it out
some days
doing deeds
I often hate

dragged through lost thoughts
discouraged
by rejection
doubt plots then scheme,
redundant views
relentlessly

I yield,
submit to fate
each night
in reveries
I contemplate

dragged through lost dreams
disheartened
by perceptions,
words in tune
worlds apart
