Torn book with full-front-cover letter to someone's niece.

Front cover torn apart. Inside front cover - a long message from someone's aunt to a niece. Was for a gift. Cannot use. Requested a replacement. I like the book and if a replacement is sent, will be glad to update review. This was my first bad experience order in all my orders. Have ordered so many books and all have been great until this order. Two were such bad shape cannot use.
