Impossible to read the pale green print

I literally cannot read the pale print unless I put it under a bright light and hold it up close. I want a cookbook I can prop up, read, and refer to while I cook- and this is not it. With all the money spent on GORGEOUS full color pictures, they could have made the print darker! Maybe the recipes are good- but in my copy someone took a razor blade and cut out what are probably the best ones. Maybe they tried to put them in a copier to change the print to black or....they just pulled a scam and sold it online. I will ask to return it because of the cut pages, but I certainly won't be asking for a replacement as this version of the book is useless. I saw there is a different cover available, same author, maybe it has darker print- but best to pass on the one with the stew on the cover.
