A great cookbook for some one who knows their way around the kitchen and just started living on ther

I grew up helping my parents in the kitchen, so I like to think I know my way around a stove, but there's a pretty big difference between cooking for your family and cooking for just yourself. it really didn't help that while recipes for the former are plentiful, recipes for the later are rare. Cooking for one is a godsend because of this with it's clear, easy to follow recipes that are intended to serve one person. I would recommend this book to anyone living on their own who doesn't want to just eat instant dinners.
