Great for Studying for the Certification

I am using this ManageFirst competency guide to receive my Manager certificate. I plan to take all of the competencies and this is my 3rd. (I already have the ServeSafe and Menu Management ones.) The chapters are easier to follow than any textbook and really prepares you for the test. They are also very helpful in explaining the details that seem to be too contrived in any of the culinary textbooks I've had to pay large amounts of money for so far. It is straight to the point and concise, giving you just the information you need to know.
