Finally! A cookbook devoted to easy, delicious salads

This book is fantastic... I am a salad lover who has longed for a book of delicious salad recipes that are easy to make. This one hits the mark. The ingredients are creative, but not hard to get. There is an excellent balance of salad types... from fresh greens, to molded salads, to bean salads. The dressing recipes are phenomenal. I have made over a dozen of the salad recipes in this book, and every one has tasted great. Each time I have made one of Chef Sandler's salads for a dinner party, my guests end up raving about the salad, and ignore the rest of the meal until they've devoured the salad. I use this cookbook more than any other in my collection, and I own about 20. If you love - or even just like - salads, this book is highly recommended.
