Connecting with Students' Will to Succeed: The Power of Conation is one of the most enlightening and motivating books that I have read as an educator of 45 years. I am promoting it to colleges, Boards of Education and teachers groups. I expect to place more orders very soon. It helps teachers of at risk students understand the odds that they are facing when unmotivated children come to school. It provides positive and enriching activities to change student behaviors.
