Learning is for the ignorant, but an idiot cannot be taught.

I have some linament that I purchased in the early 90's. (It is batch #15). I don't practice the Iron Palm, but the linament feels great to my arthritic joints. It still works great after 14 years. (I just found it about a month ago.) The iron palm and what Master Gray says is for real. I have seen things that are truly unbelievable and for some of you who have not an inkling of understanding to say the things you said is just an indication of your ignorance. Did you really think that reading a book would turn you into a deadly martial artist? Years of practice, a good instructor, and a burning desire to be the best one could be are the tools required, not just a book. The "Complete" Iron Palm is a test. Those in the know would never expect every iota of information in a single volume

this is true iron palm!

I've done a good amount of research on iron palm. Brian Gray has summed up all of his experience in this book. In it he describes the way to properlly condition your hands without permanently damaging them (anyone who says that you need to break your metacarpal/hand bones or develop huge thick calluses is crazy, that kind of training leads to arthritis or worse later in life, trust me, I've seen it). This book has every bit of information for the beginner/intermediate iron palm trainee. I only wish I started this when I was sixteen!

Complete Iron Palm Is A Great Primer

As the author of this book, I find that the only person, of the four reviews that I have read, who got it was Randolph Vaasen. This book was not to be the end of it, but the beginning of a series of books on the subject. In order to properly learn the complete Iron Palm Skills, one must begin with the basics, which this book covers completely. This book is followed by The Advanced Iron Palm book, which takes the practitioner to the next level. I apologize that this book had vital material left out by the publishers, and for years they refused to do anything about it. Those who ordered from my website at www.briangray.com were given the missing parts. The third book in this series is Applied Iron Palm. This book takes the practitioner from merely being able to break bricks and shows them how to apply the ancient skill in self-defense. If you want to know when this book will be available, call Dave Cater, editor of Inside Kung Fu magazine. The fourth book in the series, Grandmaster Brian Gray's Iron Palm Form, will teach the practitioner advanced theory through a form that I choreographed for my students. This book will be advanced theory, and if a person has not studied the first three, this book will be too difficult to grasp. Hopefully, by understanding what I have just written, the reviewers on this page will change their minds and come to realize that the first book was not the last on the subject. Brian Gray, Author

Complete Iron Palm

In my opinion the book is well writen for such a lack of pages. It explains how to condition the hands for iron palm, but it does not tell the secrets to the art it self. This itself is a waste ,though it does give a great insite in spotting fakes and there ways of proforming there unbeleviable breaks. This is deffinately helpful when picking out a teacher in this almost imposible art. It also gives pointers in how to breake and what is the best to use in the breaking process. It iself as a whole is almost the best biggeners book on the art.
