Although an out-of-print book if you are interested in a beginners guide to health and fitness this is a very good book to start with. Written with 1970's irreverant humor along with then current best information this book will guide you to a better understanding of exercise for health, weight control and that improvement in how you think you look. The authors (David Shepro PHD. and Howard G. Knuttgen, PHD) explain in this short work the workings of the body and how the body works with what you put into it. Types of exercise, heart rate and topics that are of interest to readers considering exercising and/or dieting are covered informatively and with good fun.
