Good Variety for All Tastes

Covers a lot of different vegetables prepared in different ways with mostly basic ingredients. Use it all the time when preparing family holiday dinners.

Easy one dish meals!

I use this book all the time! The recipes are for 'one dish meals' which are easy to prepare and easy to clean up afterwards. There is every type of casserole from beefy macaroni and chicken pot pie to pork chop casseroles and vegetable dishes. Most recipes can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until cooking time. The book is laid out very well, simple to follow and most ingredients are already available in your kitchen.

I have tried about half the recipes in this book and am very pleased with the results. This book is laid out very nicely. It is simple to read, easy to follow the recipe and most of the ingredients are already on hand in you kitchen.
